   For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Customer” refers to the individual or entity purchasing goods from Alucomp. “Goods” means aluminium composite panels and related products offered by Alucomp, and “Services” refers to any services provided by Alucomp in relation to the supply of goods.
2. Orders and Acceptance
   All orders placed by the customer are subject to acceptance by Alucomp. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
3. Pricing and Payment
   Prices for goods and services are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be specified at the time of order, and all goods remain the property of Alucomp until full payment is received.
4. Delivery
   Alucomp will make reasonable efforts to deliver goods within the agreed timeframe, but delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
5. Returns and Refunds
   Returns are subject to Alucomp’s return policy. Goods must be returned in their original condition within a specified period for eligibility. Refunds will be processed upon satisfactory inspection of the returned goods.
6. Warranty
   Alucomp warrants that the goods supplied are free from defects in material and workmanship for the specified warranty period. This warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, or neglect by the customer.
7. Limitation of Liability
   Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective goods. Alucomp is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or delivery of our goods.
8. Intellectual Property
   All intellectual property rights related to Alucomp’s goods and services remain the property of Alucomp. Customers are not permitted to use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
   These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
10. Amendments
    Alucomp reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on our website.
